I had an ongoing issue with my drains and it was becoming a source of great inconvenience. Thankfully Eric frm Drain Medic was more than helpful. He was very professional and didn’t stop until he found the wider issue! Which was a problem outside of my premises. I contacted Drain Medic today at 1.30 about my blocked drain, everything sorted by 6.15. Very efficient and helpful lady Natalie responded to my request and followed up with a phone call with a timeline for engineer to call. Tomasz called at the time promised and cleared everything and left the place spotless, a proper gentleman too. I highly recommend this Company and would certainly use them again. Great and unexpected result for a Saturday on a bank holiday weekend

I recently used Drain Medic again this week after they previously carried out a major sewer pipe repair for me back in February, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough.
When I suddenly had flooding in my back garden this week, I contacted Tony and he immediately arranged for a team to come out and investigate the issue. They responded very quickly, identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently.
Throughout both jobs, Tony and the team were professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive during very stressful situations. It is really reassuring to know you can rely on a company that takes problems seriously and acts so promptly when something urgent happens.

Drain Medic saved the day as our toilet was blocked and we had tried everything to try and fix it after a small 4 year old suspect was looking very suspicious. 👀Communication was spot on from start to finish. I was offered a time slot for the same evening as requested, and Eric arrived perfectly on time. He was mannerly, patient and an all round nice guy, and got the issue sorted within minutes! He also gave me a couple of very useful purchase recommendations to prevent the same thing happening again. All in all, I would highly recommend this company, its a 10/10!
